They were originally designed especially for wear by those with diabetes, and are knitted from a breathable blend of 94% cotton and 6% nylon. These socks encourage air flow around the foot, which results in a reduction of moisture, and skin that can breathe freely. HJ Hall's Diabetic socks also feature an easy fit top to ensure there is no tightness around the wearer's ankles, and a smooth toe seam to minimise friction.
These socks are also designed for full-day, every-day wear. Not only are they machine washable, but also have a built-in biocidal ingredient called 'ACTIFRESH' which prevents the growth of bacteria using natural Silver ions, and keeps your feet feeling good all day long.
