How to Return
- Item Condition: Must be unworn, in original boxed condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Complete the Form: Fill out the returns form included with your order and enclose it in your package.
- Package & Label: Securely wrap your parcel with the return form and invoice, using the original packaging.

Harrow HA3 8DN - Processing Time: Allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed. We’ll notify you via email once completed.
Lost Your Returns Form?
Don’t worry! Print a new one here or include a note with:
- Your name, address, and phone number
- Order number
- Item code(s) and reason for return
- Indicate whether you’d like a refund or exchange
Important Notes
- Return Shipping Costs: Returns are at your expense unless Wide Fit Shoes is at fault.
- Condition Policy: Items must be in original condition and packaging. Boxes should not be taped or damaged. Failure to meet these terms may result in partial or no refund (10%-15% deduction).
Track Your Return
Obtain a receipt and tracking code from Royal Mail. Allow 3-5 working days for processing, and we’ll email you when your return is complete.
Exchanges
Follow the same steps for returns and specify your desired exchange on the returns form. Socks are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
